How to Lose Weight Safely?

Now, many people, especially women, are paying attention to their body. For juvenile women, being interesting -about their body- becomes one of the important things in their life. They will be really afraid if they feel fat or if there is someone who says that she is overweight. Becoming fat or overweight is a terrible problem, even nightmare for those whom pay more attention to their appearance. In some cases, overweight will affect their self-confidence, how they make a relation and how they socialize with other people. They will try every way to lose their weight without paying attention to their health. Precisely, it can make bad effects for their body. For examples: death, illness, addiction and overdoses. So, what should we do to lose weight safely?

First, do the physical exercise! This is the natural and the best way to lose weight. Doing physical exercise can burn calories and fat, so it won’t pile up in your body. Doing physical exercise continuously can give better result than doing physical exercise occasionally. Do the physical exercise 3 times in a week for 25-45 minutes, or 4 times in a week for 20 minutes. One of the physical exercises which is cheap, healthy, easy and all people can do is walking. Walk 5 km’s in a day and try to always add your distance. Use your sport shoes that are comfortable with your foot. And use sport clothes that are comfortable with your body, so you can move easily. Do physical an exercise not only loses your weight, but also makes your body healthy.

Second, eat regularly, at least 3 times in a day. Breakfast is an important thing because it can give energy to do your activity. For examples, for breakfast you can eat: yogurt, banana, bread or cereal. It consists of many fibrous and protein, so you won’t feel hungry until the lunch time. And, don’t do a diet without a suggestion from doctor or health specialist. For short-term, of course, you will lose your weight but if you stop your diet, your weight will increase steadily. Eat astonishing food doesn’t loose your weight. The important thing is to choose (choosing) equal food between nutritive value and your activity.

Third, don’t give up and motivate your self! Do physical exercises continuously and don’t forget to note your weight every week, so you can see the progress of your effort-to loose weight. Don’t give up and don’t be disappointed if there still isn’t change in your body for 1-2 weeks. Remember, losing weight immediately and in a short time is a hazardous. Besides, motivate your self. Say and believe that, “I can do it”. Although there are many obstacles (e.g. lazy, tired, hungry, etc), but believe that you can lose your weight. Make people around you as your motivation to lose your weight.

Now, there are many ways and many types of equipment to lose weight, but not all of them are safe and healthy for our body. Do the exercise is the natural and the best way to lose weight. Losing weight doesn’t mean to stop eating, because our body needed a calorie so we can do our activity. And, don’t give up and motivate yourself to lose your weight. So, do you want to lose weight safely? Just try the ways above.
